Zoe joined NASHP in June 2023 as a research analyst with the Coverage, Cost, and Value team. She works on projects related to hospital and health system costs and prescription drug pricing. Before joining NASHP, Zoe interned with the health policy team at Families USA, where she was involved with projects on insurance rate review, health system consolidation tracking, and health equity. She has also conducted research on housing rights for an Australian public interest legal center and worked with recently arrived refugee families to navigate access to health care at a Philadelphia-based legal and social services organization. Zoe graduated from the University of Chicago in 2023 with a BA in public policy (specialization in health policy) and a minor in romance languages and literatures.
