Holly Stockdale recently joined NASHP in 2023 as a director on the Aging and Disability team where she helps lead and support a policy portfolio focused on managed long-term services and supports, family caregiving, palliative care, and other emerging issues impacting older adults. Prior to joining NASHP, Ms. Stockdale worked as a health policy researcher and evaluator in the Center for Aging, Low-Income, and Uninsured Populations at RTI International where she contributed to multiple evaluations related to health system reform, state health policy, integrated care for complex populations, and Medicaid. She also held positions as an Assistant Director of Policy at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network and Medicare Analyst with the Congressional Research Service. She has a BA in political science from Skidmore College and a MPH/MPP from the University of Michigan.
