Ellina Miroshnikova is the finance director at NASHP, taking the lead in virtually all aspects of finance and accounting management, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling and analysis, payroll administration, and processes improvement. At an operational level, her team provides high quality financial advice, along with strong financial processes and systems which support staff in delivering the strategic ambitions of the Academy. Prior to joining NASHP in 2019, Ellina built nearly twenty years of international finance and grant management experience in non-profit sector including management positions in large multinational companies such as World Vision (living and working in Europe) and Search for Common Ground. She managed all aspects of finance and accounting functions, including the controller’s office and general accounting, international and multi-currency program finance, audits, donor reporting, implementing new accounting solutions and improving financial reporting structures.
