The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program, authorized by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), or H.R. 1, is investing in states to support rural communities to improve health care access, quality, and outcomes by promoting innovation, infrastructure development, workforce, and more. Although this federal funding is substantial, it is time limited and the challenges in rural communities to support sustainable, high-quality access to health care are many. States have limited time to consider their unique rural health care needs and develop thoughtful applications for funding. This webinar will offer insights from national rural health care experts that can shape state considerations and will provide an opportunity for state officials to share their developing ideas with one another.
