Access to affordable, high-quality care in rural communities is an ongoing challenge, even as states work to implement new investments under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). A new collaborative learning opportunity led by NASHP, Mathematica, and the Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) is supporting states as they work toward sustaining transformative change to enable accessible and affordable rural health care.
Building on the first event, this second webinar is intended for states and their partners interested in pursuing rural payment and delivery reform. Experts from the Rural Health Redesign Center will walk through the foundational elements necessary for states to enable sustainable rural health care transformation. This will be followed by an open discussion, inviting participants to share their primary needs and priorities in pursuing rural health transformation. The event will close with additional information about the collaborative and Q & A for teams interested in participating.
Tuesday, June 16, 3–4 p.m. ET
