Opioid settlement funding provides states and counties with new opportunities to reduce overdose deaths and address gaps in the continuum of care. Collaboration and coordination between state and local officials administering these funds will be key to ensuring that settlement resources are targeted towards the communities that have been most impacted by the opioid crisis.

Hosted by the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) and the National Association of Counties (NACo), watch this webinar to hear how state and county officials in North Carolina and Colorado are working together to maximize the impact of settlement resources and learn about key strategies for sharing resources and best practices for settlement administration, coordinating spending at the state and local levels, and promoting transparency of settlement spending.
