The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP), in partnership with West Health, is pleased to announce the selection of nine states to participate in its Nursing Home Learning Collaborative:

- Illinois
- Kentucky
- Maine
- Minnesota
- Nebraska
- New Jersey
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
The learning collaborative will support states in accelerating measurable progress on policies that will address the complex and multi-faceted challenges facing nursing homes. This includes areas such as nursing home payment, data and quality, interventions with poor performing facilities, staffing and training standards, person- and family-centered care, and diversions and transitions to the community.
Through this learning collaborative, NASHP will connect states with peers and experts, identify and share strategies, and provide and disseminate insights and best practices for state leaders and others across the country who seek to improve nursing home care.
