The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) is launching a Medicaid Policy and Strategy Learning Collaborative focused on supporting states with key Medicaid policy decisions, investment approaches, and cross-sector programming related to the implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA).   

Beginning in May 2026, state teams participating in the learning collaborative will receive individual and group technical assistance from national experts, engage with a cohort of states strategizing about the implications of OBBBA on their health ecosystems over the next several years, and explore promising practices for implementation.  

This information session will provide an overview of the learning collaborative and provide an opportunity for interested state teams to ask questions in advance of the application deadline on Monday, April 6, 2026.
