Tier McCullough joined NASHP’s Behavioral, Population, and Public Health team in August of 2023 as a research analyst. Here she works on projects surrounding mental health, behavioral health workforce, and reentry populations. Prior to joining NASHP, Tier worked in health insurance focused on utilization and quality management. She has also conducted research on evidence-based practices establishing resiliency amongst youth and adolescent populations experiencing depression and anxiety. Tier holds a BA in Public Policy & Nonprofit Management from New York University and an MPH in Health Policy and Management from CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy. In addition, Tier is pursuing an MS in Health Informatics with a concentration in Data Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
