Shehzeen Saied joined NASHP’s Operations team in May 2023 as the director of grants and contracts operations. She is responsible for a range of organization-wide business and compliance functions. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to budget preparation, tracking NASHP’s portfolio of awards through their life cycle, financial report preparation, and developing agreements with subcontractors, subrecipients, and consultants. Prior to NASHP, Shehzeen was the deputy director of operation at Refugee Solidarity Network. At RSN she oversaw all operations including HR, grants management and financial management. Shehzeen holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Public Administration from Pace University.
