Lucia is the operations manager at NASHP where she performs a range of accounts payable and receivable functions, drafts organizational policies and documents, coordinates organizational process improvements, performs vendor services and contract reviews, and coordinates new systems implementation. Prior to joining NASHP in 2022, Lucia worked at Passport Career as the corporate relations and international operations manager overseeing career coaching program, international career mobility content development, and performed numerous key operational functions spanning HR, finance, contracting, and crisis management. Prior to Passport Career, she worked for Dell, Linpac and Accenture in facilities, logistics, and HR management positions establishing their start-up operations in Slovakia. Before these corporate positions, she worked for the U.S. Peace Corps Slovakia as the pre‐service training director and for U.S. Peace Corps Kyrgyzstan as an economic development program training coordinator. She is an international business graduate from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia.
