Deb Fournier joined NASHP in December 2019 as a project director of NASHP’s Center for Health System Costs. Previously, she served as Medicaid director in New Hampshire in Gov. Chris Sununu’s administration, as a policy analyst with the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute, and as a senior policy analyst for National and Federal Affairs in the Office of Medicaid for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA in history from Whitman College. She is admitted to practice of law in Massachusetts.
