Anna Cord joined NASHP in January 2026 as a research analyst on the Cost, Coverage, and Value team. She is involved in tracking state health legislation aimed at helping states lower pharmacy, hospital, and overall health system costs. Prior to joining NASHP, Anna completed an internship with KFF as a Peter G. Petersen Foundation Intern on the Affordable Care Act Policy Research Team. Anna graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2025 with a BA in Economics and Psychology-Neuroscience-Philosophy.
