Matthew Dungelman, CPA, is a dedicated Director of Finance and Accounting at NASHP, bringing 20 years of experience in non-profit, governmental, and corporate finance with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. With expertise in leadership, FP&A, lean accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting, Matthew plays a crucial role in the execution and oversight of accounting operations, and partners with the COO and policy directors to develop the annual operating budget while making recommendations and updates to improve NASHP’s business model. He is passionate about excellence in every aspect of his job, and his commitment to successful operational and financial results aligns with NASHP's mission to promote and sustain healthy people and communities, advance high quality and affordable health care, and address health equity across all states. Outside of work, Matthew most values time with his immediate family, seeking out new adventures in all the Maine and the local New England states have to offer.
