The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) invites you to join a state-only webinar on the 340B Rebate Pilot Model.
Earlier this year, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) launched the 340B Rebate Model Pilot Program, intended to enhance transparency and strengthen adherence to the 340B statute. The pilot will test a rebate-based approach to the 340B Program within a limited framework.
During this discussion, experts will provide an overview of the pilot program’s structure and objectives, share potential effects on community health centers and safety net providers, and explore the pilot’s policy and operational implications from a state perspective.
- Dr. Sayeh Nikpay, a health economist and expert on the 340B Program
- Vacheria Keys, Vice President of Policy & Regulatory Affairs at the National Association of Community Health Centers
- Annelisa Steeber, Pharmaceutical Economics Manager, Health Economics Program in the Minnesota Department of Health
Please note this is a state-only call, therefore only current state government employees directly employed by the state will be approved to attend.
