Some Like It Hot: Climate Change and Health

Climate change is a growing threat to the health of all Americans, disproportionately impacting the most vulnerable populations. States are increasingly facing new public health challenges due to environmental changes that directly affect air and water quality and intensify the effects of natural disasters. This session highlights resources, cross-agency partnerships, and actionable strategies that states can implement to prepare for both current and future climate-related health impact.
