Rebecca Cooper, Policy Associate
Rebecca Cooper joined NASHP in July 2019 and works on a variety of projects focusing on population health and state strategies to leverage access to care and preventive services. Prior to joining NASHP, she worked at the Healthcare Value Hub on strategies to increase high-value care, decrease low-value care, and focus more attention on the social determinants of health. She also volunteered with Avodah through Americorps, working to increase and improve affordable housing for adults in mental health recovery. She has a BA in global health and the environment from Washington University in St. Louis and an MPH with a concentration in health policy and management from George Washington University.
