Designed for primary care practices in North Carolina, this initiative promotes a family-centered approach aim at promoting positive developmental outcomes through practice redesign. The materials provide guidance, information, and activities to develop systems and strategies to implement Bright Future recommendations. There are six modules that help to identify more efficient practice based systems to organize preventative and developmental care. Each module contains an “Improvement Checklist” with suggestions for changing practice processes successfully. The modules steer practitioners toward the development of office systems, tools, and suggestions for soliciting staff and parent input, and recommended intervals for conducting those activities.
